CapsuleCollider edit gizmo dots are offset by a 90 degree angle
How to reproduce:
1. Open any (new) project
2. Create a Capsule and select it
3. Click the Edit Collider button in the inspector
- Note that the dot gizmos are not correctly aligned with the wire outline of the capsule
- Two of them also edit the incorrect scales
