Capsule partially falls through the terrain
Reproduction steps:
1. Download "Reproduction.zip"
2. Open Reproduction project in Unity
3. Play the "Grassy Hills" scene
Expected result: Capsule rolls down the terrain and stops at the bottom
Actual result: Capsule falls partially through the terrain and bounces back repeatedly
Reproducible with: 5.5.0a6, 5.5.0f1, 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 5.4.4f1
Notes:
Unchecking Enable PCM in the Physics settings does not solve the issue
