[CanvasScaler] Deleting scale factor value results in massive memory build up
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "766873.zip"
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Select "BattleInitiate-Canvas"
4. Delete value of Scale Factor of its Canvas Scaler
5. In task manager, notice massive memory build up
When around 2,5 gigs are reached memory will start to get freed and once its back to where it started Scale Factor value will be set to 0
