CanvasRender.OnTransformChanged is being called every frame even though you don't change any transforms
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open attached "Hierarchy-Transform tests" project
2.Open "CanvasRenderer.OnTransformChangedTest" scene
3.Open Profiler window and run in Editor
Results: CanvasRender.OnTransformChanged is being called every frame even though you don't change any transforms
Reproducible with: 5.4.0b22
Not reproducible with: 5.4.0b21, 5.3.5p3
