[CanvasGroup] CanvasGroup properties reset when disabled/re-enabled
To reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'CanvasGroupBug' scene
3. Select 'TestPanel' ( Canvas->TestPanel ) object in the hierarchy
4. Change properties on the attached CanvasGroup component (eg. uncheck 'Blocks Raycasts' or change 'Alpha' to 0.5)
5. Select 'Canvas'
6. Disable and then enable it
7. Select 'TestPanel' object and notice that Canvas Group fields are reset
