Canvas type ShaderGraph Materials are not updated in the Scene when they use the Mask Component

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “MaskedImagesBug.zip“ project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
3. Focus on the Game view
4. Select the “Shaders/CanvasShader“ material
5. Change the “Glow“ parameter
6. Observe the Game view

Expected result: The right image is the same as the left
Actual result: The right image is not updated

Reproducible in: 2023.3.0a2, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b6
Could not test in: 2022.3.63f1 (No “Canvas“ Material option in the ShaderGraph), 2023.1.0a1, 2023.2.0a1 (ShaderGraph issues)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Notes:
- Bug is reproducible in other Render Pipelines
- The shader is using the “Canvas“ material type
- Saving the scene will update the material
