Canvas position changes when changing Render Scale and Render Graph is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “RenderScaleTest”
2. Open the “New Scene” scene
3. Under the “PC_RPAsset” Asset change the “Render Scale” to any number
4. Observe the text in the Game View
Expected result: The text always stays in the center
Actual result: The text goes to the corner of the Game View
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b8, 6000.0.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 2023.3.0b7
Reproducible on: macOS 14.4 Sonoma (M1), Windows 10 (VK)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (DX11, DX12)
Workaround: Enable Compatibility Mode (Render Graph Disabled)
