Canvas components are out of place when Editor is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/Menu
3. Observe the placement of the "Singleplayer", "Multiplayer", "Options", "Quit" text in the Scene view
Expected result: the text is placed within the bounds of the dark-colored area
Actual result: the text is outside of the dark-colored area
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Notes: on 2020.3, the text goes back into place after switching from the Scene view to the Game view and back

Due to the severity of the issue we have determined this bug wont be fixed in any sort of reasonable time so we are closing as wont fix.
