Can't set Tangent values when clicking directly on the Key
To Reproduce:
1. 'Add Curve' in the animation window.
2.Click anywhere on in the animation window and then Right-Click on any key and try setting 'Left/Right/Both Tangent' values and observe that it doesn't work, (it seems to work fine if you click on the Key before clicking on anything else)
3. It seems that it's only possible to change the Tangent value if you click on the left -panel and not on the key itself.
