Can't rebuild hair using Hair System in the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “TestHairHDRP”
2. Click Build And Run
3. In the Player press the “Space” key
4. Observe the hair
Expected result: The hair is rebuilt
Actual result: The hair disappeared and was not rebuilt
Reproducible with: 2023.1.8f1, 2023.2.0b4
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1 (The project is broken after the downgrade)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Not reproducible in the Editor
