Can't change "Anchor Presets" in Inspector.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "modal windpw" scene.
3. Select "GameObject" object located in "Canvas>Modal Panel>Model Dialogue Panel>Button Panel" in hierarchy menu.
4. Try to change selected objects "Anchor Presets" in Inspector.
Expected result: "Anchor Presets" changes according to your selection.
Actual results: It stays the same.
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b24, 5.4.0b23, 5.3.5p7, 5.3.5f3, 5.2.0f3.
