Cannot select a child element in UI Builder when the parent is selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “UIBuilderBug.zip” project
2. Open the “UIDocument.uxml” asset from the Project Window
3. Click on the #Parent element (White square) in the Viewport
4. Click on the #Child element (Red square) in the Viewport
Expected result: The #Child element gets selected
Actual result: The #Parent element remains selected
Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.27f1, 6000.0.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
- The issue usually does not appear the first time trying to select the #Child element but appears consistently after that
- The #Child element gets selected only when double-clicking on it
