Cannot report Bug in 2019.3.0f5 when using Mac Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity 2019.3.0f5 Editor
2. Click Help -> Report a Bug...
Expected result: Bug reporter opens up
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible: 2019.3.0f5
Not Reproducible: 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a20
Notes:
-Can't even run Bug Reporter separately without the Editor
-Reproduced on MacOS 10.13.6
-Works fine on Windows10
