Cannot rename root folder after opening a file in another application
Steps to reproduce :
- have nested structure like
Folder1
-Folder2
--Folder3
- in Folder 3 save a scene and add an image
- try to rename Folder 1 and notice it works
- open the image in Paint
- try to rename the folder again and notice that it doesn't work
- close Paint
- try to rename the folder again and notice this time it doesn't work although the image file is not locked outside anymore
*Note :
Renaming works if done in windows explorer.
