Cannot load System.Runtime.TargetedPatchingOptOutAttribute type
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Then notice the errors in console: TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.TargetedPatchingOptOutAttribute' from assembly 'System.Drawing'.
