Cannot execute the Redo shortcut when it is set to the default
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new Cube GameObject
3. Undo (Cmd+Z)
4. Redo (Shift+Cmd+Z)
Expected result: Redo is performed and Cube reappears
Actual result: Redo is not performed
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a11
Notes:
-Not reproducible when the Redo shortcut is set to another key
