Cannot copy and paste timestamp or frame into Timeline's Playhead input box
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project and "SampleScene" scene
2. Drag "MyTimeline" asset to Hierarchy and click on it
3. Copy and paste some number to Timeline Playhead input box (use New Timeline Transform's Scale number for example, which is 1)
Expected result: Value gets pasted to Timeline Playhead input box
Actual result: Values does not get pasted to Timeline Playhead input box
Reproducible with - 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.0b9, 2017.3.1p2, 2017.1.0b1
Note: Typing in values into Timeline's Playhead input box works fine
