Cannot copy and paste text to Inspector, search bar or other input box of the editor when using non-Latin characters
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1158133_test' project
2. Copy one of the 'SampleScene' Game Object's name
3. Paste it to the same name field or any of search bars
Expected result: Text is pasted
Actual result: Not Latin characters are changed by the space or another character
Reproducible: 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a4
Not reproducible: 2017.4.28f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.0a9
