[LinuxEditor] Cannot close the popup and Unity editor after crashing out of memory
To reproduce:
1) Make an "Out of Memory" crash in Editor
2) A popup will appear telling you about OoM crash with one button to "Quit" - click it
3) Bug Reporter will open
4) Either close it or process a bug
Expected: Unity Editor quits after that or even after step 3
Actual: The popup and editor are stuck even after handling bug reporter. Clicking Quit again opens another BR instance (although it never opens a second one if one already exists)
Reproduced in 2018.1.0b8
