Cannot change the icon for Standalone
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project
- go to Player Settings
- try to select the Icon feature and notice the option doesn't stay open

Create a "StreamingAssets" folder in your assets folder and place your icon image file there also and then build your game. If doesn't appear yet then after doing above steps place your .exe .dll and gamedata files all in one folder. It will work for sure.
