Cancelling drag and drop of Sorting Layers doesn't properly revert the operation
- Go to the Tags and Layers window in Unity
- Create 3-4 Sorting Layers
- Drag one of them on top of another one and press Escape
Expected: the drag operation is reverted
Actual: the layer will just freeze on top of the other one
