Canceling the installation of HDRP Config package in HDRP Wizard doesn't cancel the process
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> HDRP Wizard
3. Under the ConfIguration Checking press the "Embed Configuration Editable Package"
4. Cancel the process
5. Observe the information box under the button
Expected results: There is no information box and the button is active again since the package wasn't installed
Actual results: The information box reports the package is installed and the button is inactive even though the process showed "Cancelling"
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

The cancel button appears on "build program" - at this point the package has already been added to the project. There's no way to cancel installing the package.
