Can add the same scene several times into 'Scenes in Build' list with drag&drop
1. Save some scene in your project
2. Go File -> Build Settings. 'Build Settings' dialog is opened
3. Drag and drop your scene several times into 'Scenes in Build' list in 'Build Settings' dialog
Actual result:
The same scene is included into 'Scenes in Build' list several time. No warnings on adding duplicate scenes, no warnings on building such list.

Note: 'Add Open Scenes' button doesn`t allow to add the same scene several time

I gone through this confusion last year and asked my friend either I can use the same scene several time but he suggested me not to do so. I bring that suggestion over here and will say not to repeat the scene.
