"Cameras" tooltip is too far from the window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Click the "Cameras" tool button in the "Scene" view
- Verify that the "Cameras" window becomes visible in the "Scene" view
- Hover the mouse over the window title "Cameras"
Actual results: The tooltip becomes visible, but it is too far away. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected results: The tooltip should be closer.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2
Not reproducible with versions: -

Thanks for reaching our regarding that issue. This is the behavior of every visual elements from UITK, the tooltip is placed right under the element it concerns.
