"Cameras" tooltip is too far from the window
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new project
# Click the "Cameras" tool button in the "Scene" view
# Verify that the "Cameras" window becomes visible in the "Scene" view
# Hover the mouse over the window title "Cameras"
*Actual results:* The tooltip becomes visible, but it is too far away. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.
*Expected results:* The tooltip should be closer.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2

Resolution Note:
Thanks for reaching our regarding that issue. This is the behavior of every visual elements from UITK, the tooltip is placed right under the element it concerns.
