Cameras Overlay menu has unnecessary empty space at the bottom
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable Cameras Overlay in Scene window
3. Click on the triangle icon next to the ”Control the selected camera in first person.” button
4. Observe the newly opened menu
Actual result: Overlay menu shows unnecessary empty space below the last item
Expected result: Overlay menu height matches the content
Reproducible with: 2022.3.68f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3
