Camera’s FOV white lines are visible in the Scene window’s Camera window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open the Scene window
3. In the Hierarchy, select the “Camera” GameObject
4. Observe the Camera window in the Scene window’s bottom right
Expected result: No white lines
Actual result: White lines are visible
Reproducible with: 10.3.2 (2020.3.0f1), 10.10.0 (2020.3.38f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17), 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.13f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b5), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a6)

Notes:
- With a newly created URP project issue is reproducible from 10.6.0 (2020.3.18f1)
- Changing the camera’s FOV setting has no effect
- Changing the Scene’s window size also changes the size of the white lines
