[Camera] "Target Eye" visible when new 2D project is created
"Target Eye" field is visible when starting a new 2D project, this should be hidden unless XR settings are enabled. It disappears when "Both" option is selected in the "Target Eye" drop-down.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new 2D project
2. Select "MainCamera" in the hierarchy
Expected result: "Target Eye" dropdown should not be visible(as by default XR settings are disabled)
Actual result: "Target eye" dropdown is visible
Note: Selecting "Both" option from the dropdown will make the field disappear, obviously refreshing the check to see if it should be visible.
