Camera stutters in the Game view when the Camera is selected in the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Late Night Dinner.zip"
2. Open the "Main" Scene
3. Select the "Player" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Move the Player with WASD keys and move the camera with the mouse (See attached "1308894_repro.mp4")
Expected result: No Camera stutter in the Game view
Actual result: Camera stutters in the Game view
Reproducible with: 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b6, 2021.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4.31f1 (Due to package errors)
