Camera Preview does not display all lights in forward rendering mode
Vlad: This appears to have been fixed in 2017.1. Unfortunately I was unable to locate the fix by searching similar cases, and am not aware of whether the fix was backported (it's entirely possible that it was fixed accidentally as part of another issue).

Could reproduce on: 5.6.0b1, 5.6.0b11, 2017.1.0a2, 2017.1.0a3
