Camera is not capturing the entire Game window with "camera.targetTexture"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "CameraBug_2022-04-15.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene and enter Play Mode
3. Select "Default" Layout and press the "Click to Capture" button
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The picture in the top left corner shows an entire Game window
Actual result: The picture in the top left corner shows just a tiny part of a Game window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17
Reproduced on: macOS 11.6 (Intel)
