Camera dollies away too far when focusing on armature bones using F shortcut
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1214702.zip'
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Zoom in to clearly see the 'Cube.005' GameObject
5. Select 'finger_middle.01.L' GameObject in the Hierarchy
6. Make sure that the mouse is in the Scene View and press 'F' key
Expected result: Viewport Camera dollies away about 20 meters from the explicit GameObject's bounds
Actual result: Camera focus the selected GameObject
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
