Camera.stereoTargetEye is always rendering Mono to RenderTexture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Observe the Render Texture files
Expected result: render textures should be offset due to the separation of eye targets
Actual result: render texture is unaffected by render target
Reproduced on 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1
