Camera does not render shadows when used in preview scene
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached "PreviewShadows" project
2. Open Window > Render Preview
3. Click button "Render Preview"
Expected result: Camera renders shadow falling from cube onto plane
Actual result: Camera does not render any shadows
Reproduces with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b6
Notes: Toggling checkbox in PreviewRender Window disables usage of preview scene.
