Calling GetComponents method on non-empty List keeps old references to elements internally
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached project 'ComponentLeak.zip'
2. Open scene 'SampleScene'
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Console output
Expected result: List doesn't have any references to old components
Actual result: List keeps references to old components internally
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a16
