Calling Display Dialog in On Lost Focus switches away from Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the editor window using Test -> Test
3. Click in the Hierarchy window to cause the Test window to lose focus
4. Display Dialog shows its box
5. Pick one of the options
Expected result: It gives focus to the Hierarchy window
Actual result: It brings in front the last window you were using before Unity
Reproducible: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
