Calling CommandBuffer.DrawRenderer() with a disabled TrailRenderer or LineRenderer crashes the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("LineRendererCrash - Copy.zip") and open the "SampleScene" scene
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the spacebar
Expected result: the editor doesn't crash when calling DrawRenderer with a disabled line renderer
Actual result: the editor crashes
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.1.7f1
Couldn't test with: 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0a3, 2018.4.2f1 (Due to multiple errors in the project)
