[CacheServer] When entering a cache server's IP address, the connection is checked after each entered symbol
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up a cache server on your machine
2. Open new Unity project
3. Go to Edit/Preferences/Cache Server
4. Enable the cache server
5. Type something in the 'IP Address' field
6. Notice quite a long pause after each symbol is typed. As well as warning 'Connection Failed' shown after each symbol is typed.
Reproduced with: 5.3.0f3, 5.4.0a4
Not reproducible with: 5.2.3p1
