'Limit Cache Size' field and 'Expiration Delay (in seconds)' value is cut off in Addressables' CacheInitializationSettings asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1182708.zip' project
2. In the Project window select 'CacheInitializationSettings' asset
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: no text or numbers are cut off
Actual result: text and numbers are cut off
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a5 (1.1.5, 1.1.10, 1.2.4)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.1.0a9 (1.1.5, 1.2.4)
Could not test with: 2017.4.32f1 (Package Manager not available)
