[Cache Server] Preferences window becomes unresponsive if local cache was set to now-removed external drive prior
To reproduce:
1) Create new project
2) Plug in external drive
3) Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Cache Server
4) Set location to that external drive
5) Close Unity
6) Remove external drive
7) Reopen same project
8) Try to open same window as in step 3
Expected: It opens normally as disabled or with default location
Actual: It doesn't open and/or bugs out top of window (see screenshot), also throws 4 errors in console
Reproduced in 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a5
