Cache server deleting oldest files added, not least recently used
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project
2) Make sure that size of asset im3 is 2048
3) Start Cache Server with --size 146800640
4) Reimport im1, im2 and im3
5) Set size of im3 to 8192
6) Make sure that im1 is the most recently used asset
7) Duplicate im3
8) Check cache server
--- You should see that im1 was the first asset to be removed
