C# out/ref array changes size to 1 when passed to C function
To reproduce:
1. Open the project the user attached
2. Build to iOS and run
3. Notice that the console output in XCode indicates that the out and ref arrays all have the size of 1, while in reality they should have a size of 3.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0f3, 5.2.4f1
The project crashes on 5.5.0b4, which might be caused by the same issue.
