Buttons in the "Assets with update issues" window block information when the list end reaches the bottom
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CutOffRepro”
2. Open the Addressables Groups window (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups)
3. In the Addressables Groups window update the previous Assets Bundles file (Build > Update a Previous Build)
4. In the pop-up window press “Select .bin file” and select “Assets/AddressableAssetsData/Windows/addressables_content_state” file
5. In the new “Assets with update issues” window inspect the buttons at the bottom of the window
Expected result: The buttons are aligned to the bottom of the window and are not blocking any information when scrolled down
Actual result: The buttons are offset too much from the bottom and are blocking information even when scrolled down all the way
Reproducible with: 1.20.0 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a19), 1.21.12 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a19)
Couldn’t test with: 1.19.19 (2021.3.27f1) - The “Assets with update issues” window does not appear when updating the Assets Bundle file
Reproducible on: macOS 13.3 (Intel)
