Buttons are alligned at the end of line making them 'out of window' if the window is too small / text doesn't wrap
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Package Manager UI
3. Find a package which has a long text line in the description
4. Notice that Add/Remove/Update buttons are not visible unless the window is made wider
