Button "is over" area wrongly detected when in WebGL fullscreen
How to reproduce:
1, Open the attached project "_uniTest23_2.zip"
2, Build And Run the project for WebGL
3, Hover the mouse cursor over the right bottom of the "<Fullscr>" button
Expected results: The mouse cursor changes
Actual results: The mouse cursor stays the same
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
