[Burst] Internal compiler error while processing function `System.Void BurstBug/FirstLevel`2::First(T1,T2)`
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "BurstBug.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Press Jobs > Burst Inspector
4. Select "BurstBug+ReproBurstEditor" job
5. Press "Refresh Disassembly" button
Expected results: Compilation succeeds, or a proper error explaining what and why went wrong
Actual results: "Internal compiler error while processing function `System.Void BurstBug/FirstLevel`2::First(T1,T2)" error is printed
Notes:
- This issue appears on both Windows and OSX

Reproduced on Unity 2018.1.2f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b7 and 2018.3.0a1
