Built-in UI Toolkit Debugger's toggle buttons have a checkbox when using Editor Light Theme
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch the Editor Theme to the Light mode (Edit->Preferences...->General)
3. Open the UI Toolkit Debugger (Window->UI Toolkit->Debugger)
Expected results: "Pick Element" and "Show Layout" toggles do not have a checkbox
Actual results: "Pick Element" and "Show Layout" toggles have a checkbox
Reproducible with: 2020.3.1f1, 2020.3.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Note:
- The issue is not present in the UI Toolkit package version 1.0.0-preview.11 and above
