BuildPipeline.BuildAssetBundles incorrectly fails when BuildAssetBundlesParameters.bundleDefinitions is null
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "BuildAssetBundlesParameters.zip"
2. Click Build Report>Build bundles
Expected results: Build is successful
Actual results: "ArgumentException: AssetBundleBuild cannot be null" is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2022.3.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a17, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0b16, 6000.0.0b12
Could not test with: 2021.3.31f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
