Building unselected platform from Build Settings window results in incorrect preprocessor defines
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "BuildFlagFromGUI.zip";
2. Open the Build Settings;
3. Select another platform than the "current" with Unity logo, f.e., iOS;
4. Select "Build" option;
5. Observe the console.
Expected results: Build will be successfully finished.
Actual results: Script in the project will detect Standalone OSX, iOS and Android will assert if they do not match.
Reproduced on: 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b6, 2018.3.0a1.
Not reproduced on: 5.6.6f1.
