Building project in Windowed mode will build it in Fulls-Screen mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "movetest.zip"
2. Build the project
3. Notice that it is not in window mode
Expected results: The project is built in window mode
Actual results: The project is built in Full-screen mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.0f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
The supplied project switches the resolution to fullscreen in a Start() method in one of the scripts. This is not a Unity bug.
