[WinRT] A warning is needed about Unity not overwriting the app manifest
If building for Windows Store on top of an existing folder setting the capabilities from the Unity editor will not have any effect - the capabilities that were set in the folder previously will be used instead.
From 5.3 Unity will overwrite files if they're not modified by the user, so the problem will be much smaller.
